Jeff Rodriguez and Jo Dale Carothers have owned Tangaroa since August 2004. Prior to that, they had a J/80 for a year. Their primary residence is in San Diego. Jeff is a faculty member in Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona, and Jo Dale is an attorney with Heller Ehrman, specializing in patent litigation.
